Testing Instructions:
1. Update the behat test site: php admin/tool/behat/cli/init.php
2. The vendor/moodlehq/behat-extension/src/Moodle/BehatExtension/Driver/MoodleSelenium2Driver.php file SHOULD exist

Since moodle-behat-extension 1.0.4 we are also extending the base Selenium2Driver, depending on the use of @javascript or not some steps can interact with an element or another, we need to adapt the moodle code to this change (https://github.com/moodlehq/moodle-behat-extension/compare/v1.0.3...v1.0.4)
