Some indication of whether a file is in-process for uploading should be including. A widget appears on the file upload dialog but not on the direct drag-n-drop. Large files may not appear in the content until several minutes after the file upload starts. Lack of feedback has led me on several occasions to assume it didn't work and then to try again and again resulting in multiple unintended file uploads.
