Navigation panel: Wrong
When a student user login, the Course Categories are not sorting in order according to the Order in Course Category. However, when I login as Admin, the order is CORRECT.

Please see the screen of a student user below. The course names are in Chinese, but I add 1,2,3 in the first three course categories. You can see on the Navigation Panel on the left hand side, the '3' course is not sorted at the third order.
