Fix typo in Course Restore start date screen

      Purge caches
      Login to Moodle as admin
      Find a backup to restore or maybe previous backup in MOODLE/backup/restorefile.php?contextid=2
      Step through to "4. Schema" and confirm wording is "Course start date" not "Course startdate"
      Cancel the restore but closing the window.
