Limit a link follow to a block?

      1. Copy the attached MDL-38026.feature file in admin/tool/behat/tests/behat/MDL-38026.feature
      2. Update your behat test site if it's not up to date (if MDL-38007 is integrated with php admin/tool/behat/cli/init.php is enough)
      3. Run vendor/bin/behat --config /path/to/your/behat_dataroot/behat/behat.yml --tags @MDL-38026 to run the attached test
      4. You SHOULD see 2 failures, the description of the Scenario should make sense according to the failure message

      All other tests are running in the CI server so no need to run them

      Excuse me if you don't think this is a valid request.

      To me it makes sense write a step which says:

      In the People block, follow the 'Participants' link.

      Rather than just follow 'Participants' anywhere on the page. Does this make sense as a step (so we limit the follow to specific area?), I think it could be useful.
