Distinguish between textarea and HTML editor when filling editor form fields

      1. Copy the attached MDL-37912.feature file into admin/tool/behat/tests/behat/MDL-37912.feature
      2. Install and enable your behat testing environment
      3. Run vendor/bin/behat --config /path/to/your/behat_dataroot/behat/behat.yml --tags @MDL-37912
      4. The tests SHOULD pass

      The HTML editor is not always shown, it depends on settings and user-agent. Currently only TinyMCE editor is being filled, when running automated tests in devices like iPad the TinyMCE editor is not shown so tests will fail
