I would like a scale that has one option: Submitted.
With Questionnaire, it selects the first option on the scale which will always be the lower value. I don't want to assign a point value that the students will see, I just want the word Submitted to display when they have completed it. I created a custom scale but was forced to include 2 scales, one of which is just a space after the comma. When the Questionnaire is completed, the student is assigned the lower value in the grade book.
