Load a course containing a wide variety of activities and resources.

Inspect the code ensuring that the alt attribute on the activity and resource icons are now just spaces.

For activities and resources that contain the mod type in the title (Such as "Final Assignment" for an assignment) ensure the accesshide is not present.

Hide an activity. Ensure the mod type is still in the accesshide text
