When the student clicks to view their assignments, the view has changed in v2. I attach a screenshot (please see: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=215738#p960131 for screenshots) of how it looked on 1.9. As you can see, it lists all the assignments in the course, along with due date, submitted date, and grade columns - these columns are per user, so they only see their own work.

As you can see, it is missing submitted date and grade columns, but it is also giving an overview (perhaps the view teachers should get, but not students) where the student can see the total amount of submissions made (by all users) for that assignment.
