When viewing the completion report for a single user (/blocks/completionstatus/details.php), the navigation is broken. There is now way to get back to the course directly or for teachers to return to the course level course completion report (/report/completion/index.php).

Reproduction steps:

1. Enable course completion at the site level
2. Create a course and enable course completion
3. Enrol some students
4. Add some activities and set a completion criterion
5. Return to the course and add the Completion Status block
6. Log in as a student or teacher and click "More details" on the block

Expected result: Navigation and breadcrumbs should enable user to return to course page

Actual result: Navigation does not show course without expanding and breadcrumbs only allow user to return to the Home page.
