Teacher can see Reports link for Front page in Navigation block

      Add user as teacher in 2 - 3 courses.
      Do not give role on front page.
      Expand Navigation > Site pages > Reports
      Click any report link. All produce an error message - Sorry, but you do not currently have permissions to do that (View course logs)
