When in course settings, choosing SCORM as the type of course format makes user stuck in screen if click on "Cancel"

      1. In a course go to the settings.
      2. Select SCORM in the format menu
      3. Do not upload a SCORM package file and click on "Cancel" at the bottom of the screen.

      Result: The ussr is returned to the current page each time he will click on "Cancel".
