Look for a replacement for pear/excel library...

      The PEAR/Excel library we use to export to .xls here and there is really old.

      This is about to look for PHP5.3/4 updates and/or alternatives. Of course any solution must support utf8 and the whole API we are using as wrapper @ excellib.php.
