When using the 'Download all' option or zipping a folder in the File Manager, the references won't be included unless they are cached. It would be nice to send some sort of warning to the user to alert them that some files (the reference ones) were not included.

1. Go to your private files
2. Add some file references (make sure they're not cached)
3. Click on download all
4. The references are not in the zip
