Switching role: Switching back redirect to another course

      1/ switch role in course
      2/ return to original role via settings block - it should redirect to the same page
      3/ return to original role via link next to user name - it should redirect to the same page
      4/ repeat in some activity

      Note: if you click on a page that was accessed via POST request the redirect goes to course page instead because we do not always know where to return.

      This is an issue some of our users had for sometime now, at least in 2.2 and 2.3. However, I was not able to replicate the behavior, I'm creating this ticket hoping others who may have come across this problem can provided more information.

      Problem: Teacher use "Switch role to: Student" to preview their course. When they return to their teacher role, some time they would be redirect to another course instead of their own, course on which they shouldn't have access in the first place.

      Teacher role haven't been altered afaik, courses are standard (no meta-link subscription).

      I'm out of idea on how to replicate or how to diagnose this.
