Error in Wiki with underscore links redirect to Moodle home

      1. Create a new wiki with the 'First page name' being whatever you like and click on 'Save and display'.
      2. Set the format to HTML for the first page and click 'Create page'.
      3. Click on 'New' in the 'Navigation' block.
      4. Create a page called 'HTML' with the HTML format.
      5. Add the text 'link'.
      6. Highlight the text and click on the paper clip button to create a link.
      7. In the pop-up for the URL value put 'http://example_url_with_underscores.com' and then 'Create a link'.
      8. Click 'Save'.
      9. Click on 'New' in the 'Navigation' block.
      10. Create a page called 'Creole' with the Creole format.
      11. Add the text 'http://example_url_with_underscores.com'.
      12. Highlight the text and click on the paper clip button to create a link.
      13. Click 'Save'.
      14. Click on 'New' in the 'Navigation' block.
      15. Create a page called 'NWiki' with the NWiki format.
      16. Add the text 'http://example_url_with_underscores.com'.
      17. Highlight the text and click on the paper clip button to create a link.
      18. Click 'Save'.
      19. Click on the 'Administration' tab.
      20. Go through the page name links for each page and confirm there is a link on each page that takes you to http://example_url_with_underscores.com.

      In Moodle 2.2.4 or greater (2.2 branch) when in a Wiki put a link with underscore, moodle redirect to moodle home instead of correct URL.

      Howto reproduce:
      1.- In a Moodle 2.2.4 or greater (http://my.moodle.com)
      1.- In a wiki, link a URL likes: http://my.url.com/my_link
      2.- When you try to access in view mode wiki, moodle redicts to http://my.moodle.org instead of http://my.url.com/my_link
