Course Contact Information Incorrectly Includes "Other Users"

      1/ run phpunit tests
      2/ enrol some user as teacher into course
      3/ assign teacher role in course to some other user, but do not enrol them
      4/ verify only the one user is visible as contact in course/info.php and enrolment page

      Note: please note you may need to tweak the teacher role to include moodle/course:view, otherwise the role will not appear in the other users UI

      On the course listing, course enrollment page and the course information page, the course contact information is incorrectly display "Other Users".

      The patch revives the deprecated $gethidden parameter in get_role_users(), this should be 100% backwards compatible, but it disqualifies it from the integration into stable branches.
