Accessing the Moodle Media dialogue within the HTML Editor while using IE8 and having JavaScript debugging turned on results in an error. I noted that this does not happen in IE9.

Replication steps:

1. Log in as admin/teacher
2. Navigate to a course
3. Create a Page resource
4. Click the Moodle Media button

Expected result: The dialogue should appear without error

Actual result: The following error message is displayed

Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus.
