If there is some large image in a question (for example ECG), in question preview and quizes moodle shows only part of it, that fits on the monitor, and there is no horizontal scroll, so there is no way to look at other part of image.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Take some image.
2. Insert it into question
3. Set size of this image more than then your browser window is at horizontal.
4. Look at preview of question, it will cut image at its border.

The same is at quiz with such question.

Expected:
Some way to look at whole picture, for example horizontal scroll bar.

Got:
Only part of image.

We need long images for electrocardiograms, when it resized for a monitor width it is very small.
