Quiz Maximum grade in edit quiz screen has input inside the label

      Form labels - The label Maximum grade has the maximum grade input field within it. THe label should only be around the text that is the label not the input field as well.

      4. Save and returnt o course
      5. Click on quiz
      6. Edit quiz
      7. View the source code for maximum grade
