Issue
Visual cues - Quiz feedback on any given question relies heavily on visual positioning in the interface and is not linked with the text field itself, making that much more difficult for non-sighted users to see whether or not they failed the question. These should be linked together, using the aria-describedby property for example.

2. login as a student
3. Navigate to course
4. Click on Quiz
5. Click attempt quiz button
6. Answer questions and click the check button
7. Notice the error appears below the text but is not linked to the input field.
