Here's an easily reproducible example:

• Create a quiz named "quiz1"
• Duplicate it several times
• Quick rename (pencil icon) the duplicated quizzes to quiz2, quiz3,...
• Open the settings for a topic and look at the "Restrict access" section
• Under "Grade condition" all the previously renamed quizzes appear with the same name "quiz1" what makes it hard to select the desired one

This issue doesn't arise when renaming the activities with the edit icon.
