      Verify that the Blackboard import format is not broken by importing the 2 files in question/format/blackboard_six/tests/fixtures
      As these files only test the parsing, not images import, I will attach a zip file with some questions containing images.

      This is a followup of MDL-25492 where it was agreed to delegate that problem here.

      It seems that some of the new code introduced with various fixes is using incorrect/incomplete phpdocs.

      This issue is about to try to fix as much as possible in that area.

      Also note that, perhaps it's enough by doing that only for master branch (incomplete), leaving stables unmodified (or only receiving fixes to incorrect). Feel free do discuss and agree about it.
