Lack of link to course statistics page from Navigation block

      It seems that when a teacher rolls up the Navigation block tree, in My courses >

      {course name}

      > Reports, there should be the link to Statistics functionality. However with respect to all the settings on and default permissions of a teacher (http://docs.moodle.org/22/en/Statistics) there is none. The problem does not affect the Site administration block.
