Get a master git clone

Create the lib/editor/tinymce/extra/tools/temp directory.

Put some files within it.

TEST: Any git operation (git diff, status, add...) ignores everything under that directory.

Introduced by ~~MDL-34741~~, it seems to be unnecessary, as far as that "temp" dir is already covered by the main .gitignore
