I just installed three instances of Moodle and did two with the cli script and one via the web interface. I used the same admin password for all three, but the web installer wouldn't accept the password (quite rightly) as it wasn't particularly secure and didn't meet it's password standards. It seems like a good idea to enforce this in the cli installer too.
