Activity Database: Preset are missing after updating from 1.9 to 2.23

      It seems it is the result of the changed file storage/handling.
      Is there an way to migrate presets from 1.9 to 2.23.

      And.... the preset - folder is not findable in moodledata/data/

      /presetname anymore when creating a new preset in 2.x.
