Feedback comments and feedback files in Assignment module

      When you select 'grade' and go into submission status, you are able to add feedback comments and a feedback file and save changes. If you go back in using 'update grade', the comments and file has disappeared and when you save changes, the blank page overwrites previous comments/files.
