Add SCORM specific activity completion criteria

      For the SCORM activity settings, I would like to suggest a new Activity Completion criteria. The criteria would be based on the completion of the SCORM package which marks the mdl_scorm_scoes_track DB table as follows:

      element value
      cmi.core.lesson_status completed

      I've attached a simple mockup of the modified setting page with the additional checkbox.
