Testing Instructions:
1. Edit or add an Assignment (2.2)
2. Click the help button next to Enable "Send for marking" button
3. Verify that this help describes the side-effect of changing this setting after students have submitted

If you set up an assignment 2.2 with send for marking off and later switch it on - the assignments that have already been submitted will remain submitted (not drafts). This needs to be described in the help.
