      1. Browse around the site and ensure strings are loaded
      2. Install a new lang pack and use it, verify new strings are used
      3. Introduce a new string in a the moodle.php lang file
      4. Add use of it in index.php
      5. Increment version.php
      6. Verify that the new string is loaded and displayed
