The answers get mixed up when restoring a lesson activity

Replication steps:

1. Create a lesson activity that consists of page contents and a bunch of multiple, numerical and true/false questions as well as the answers.
2. Backup the lesson activity
3. Then restore it in another course.
4. And see the answers getting mixed up for all/some questions in the restored lesson activity.
