Moodle 2.2.3, in order to test:

1. Create an assignment with a rubric type of grading
2. As a student, upload a file
3. As a teacher, evaluate the assignment with rubric
4. After grading each student, update/modify some of the rubric grading elements
5. Try to modify grades of each student with the new updated rubric elements

Result: Cannot modify students grade with new updated rubric elements.

While this does not work in 2.2.3, it seems that the problem has been fixed in 2.3 because I cannot reproduce the bug, it works perfectly. Is there someone who could provide a patch so my collegues can backport this fix in our 2.2.3 version. Thank you.
