When we are @ beta and/or release candidate stages... it would be great to tidy the php comments in the automatic install/lang/xxx files, so the beta/rc nature is keep out from such comments.

Because else, we are always releasing with the previous information, i.e. release candidate is released with "beta" comments there, and final release is released with "rcX" comments there.

Not critical at all, just a tiny detail, so perhaps we should only put the version number there (2.1, 2.2, 2.3dev, 2.3...) but never any "beta" or "rcX" suffix.
