It´s not possible translate the "All" option on the Assignments per page configuration

      1. Install any language pack e.g. Africaans
      2. Change language to new language
      3. Go to an instance of the assignment and view the grading table
      4. View the options in the assignments per page select list
      5. Verify the first option (All) has been customised to the current language (Alle)

      The "All" option on the Assignments per page configuration is not translated on assign/gradingoptionsform.php line 50.

      Replication instructions:

      1. Change the moodle language to Portuguese
      2. Enter an assignment
      3. Click View/grade all submissions

      Result: The "All" option is not translated. Every Occurrence of "All" is translated on the language files so there is a problem with this translation.
