Create a 2.3 assign instance

goto the submissions table for the assignment as teacher/admin (assignment> view/grade all submissions > check quick grading)

Assign a grade of 0 to one of the submissions

Save all the quick grade changes

Return to submissions table and verify that a grade of 0 was saved for that submission

Replication steps:-

Create a 2.3 assign instance
submit an assignment as student
goto the quick grading page for the assignment as teacher/admin (assignment> view/grade all> check quick grading)
Try assigning a grade of 0 to one of the submissions.
