Have a questionnaire which is conditionally active depending on a file submission graded at 80% or better. Students upload the file and the teacher checks in class. The points are awarded. The grades are saved. Students still can't access the questionnaire. Once students close the browser and re-open, the activity becomes available.

I realize it is a small issue, but it confused us greatly in our blended classroom.
