Steps to reproduce (needs integration repo today to test):

1. Drag and drop a file onto course page
2. Click the edit title button
3. The JS never seems to be applied to the button and when you click you get sent to the edit screen

Note this doesn't apply to the moving actions, which seem to be working ok.

(btw I know it was my suggestion, but i'm having second thoughts about the link sending you to the edit screen now, heh )
