Upgrade dateselector to use YUI3 calendar module

      1. Open course administration -> administrations -> edit settings
      2. Play with the calendar and confirm that the behaviour as not changed from before
      3. Save and view the course
      4. turn editing on
      5. add an assignment
        • Confirm that multiple occurrences of the calendar can exist on the same page
        • Confirm that selecting a value in each calendar updates the correct field
      6. Switch to an RTL langauge
      7. Repeat tests confirming that that the display looks correct still

      The dateselector in lib/form/yui/dateselector/dateselector.js is still using the YUI2 calendar.
      We should be able to convert this to yui3-calendar relatively easily.
