Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a forum in the visible groups mode
2. Post a message with files (embedded and attached) into group A
3. Log in as a user who is not member of the group A

Expected result:

• The user is able to see the post message and the files.

What actually happens:

• The message text is displayed as expected. However, files are not available.
