At present, when performing a an import of one courses stuff into another, this will by default also bring across all groups and groupings with it.
The user is presented with no method for not bringing these across.

It would make sense that on the initial screen of the import, where the user is presented with the option to include activities and blocks, they should also have additional options to include groups and/or groupings (probably don't need to go so far as to split the two).

This would likely be ticked by default like the other options, although it certainly doesn't need to be.
