Because the old mod_assignment is co-existing (but deprecated) in 2.3 with mod_assign, we need to update the name of the old module in the GUI to help tell them apart.

We've decided on "Assignment (2.2)" as the most multi-lingual and helpful solution (things like "Old assignment" could confuse students in the interface), so we need to make sure that ALL languages have the pluginname updated to that at the time of 2.3 release.

I don't think we can rely on translators for this.
