Ever since IE 5.5, FF 3, Opera 7, resizable=no flag has been ignored - we just never got round to removing the option in the SCORM settings.

Steps:-
Add a scorm package
Under settings select new window
Make sure "allow window to be re resized is unchecked"
launch the package
Expected:- you cannot resize the window
Actual:- You can resize the window
Tested on chrome/chromium/ff/opera
