I really believe that this trivial CSS change does not require proper testing. Anyway, if you wanted to test it:

1. Prepare an environment in which there is Moodle core update available
2. Resize the browser window so that the release information needs more lines to display
3. TEST: Make sure that the second line does not touch the highlighted area at the first line.

Seems like you have to have a very wide screen for it to display in one row, and if you do not then the colours bleed between rows.
