2. Click "Return to the course" instead of "edit the copy"
3. Ensure new instance is displayed

When a course module instance is duplicated the instance will not appear if the user returns to the course without updating the new instance first.

To resolve this the secinfo cache for the course needs to be refreshed after the module instance immediately after the module has been duplicated.
