Ill-formed breadcrumb in My profile settings

      Breadcrumb of 'My default settings' pages is not formed right when selected on some course page. It has the course information in it. This includes 'Edit profile' and 'Messaging'.

      This can be especially confusing on Messaging settings page, because the user can confuse these to be course specific settings.
