Feedback analysis Excel export: Ampersand wrongly handled

      1. Create a feedback and add a Text field
      2. Respond to the feedback (can do this as admin/teacher) and include the characters & # in the response.
      3. click on the Analysis tab and hit the Export to Excel button
      4. Check to make sure the response listed in the excel file are not encoded. Should show & # as expected instead of

      Entering an Ampersand (&) in a text field of in a Feedback (at least seen there), the symbol is correctly stored and seen in the analysis of the Feedback. But when you export to Excel, all ampersands get replaced by "&".

      Replication steps:

      1. Create a feedback with a Text field
      2. add an ampersand when replying the feedback
      3. See the analysis: Ampersand is there
      4. Export to Excel: Ampersand is replaced by &
