Messenger: myself as receipient -> no mail send out

      Login as teacher. Create a course with minimal one student. Select yourself and the student for sending messenger news.

      Login as teacher. Create a course with minimal one student. Select yourself and the student for sending messenger news.

      Trainer who send messenger news to several reciepients often send a copy to themself. If they select multiple user they can select themself also. They are listed as reciepients, but didn't get the message via mail.

      This behaviour is confusing. They should also get the message
