When a quiz contains essay question types, these questions cannot be automatically marked. Is it possible to have teachers in the course, or specific nominated users, emailed when quiz attempts are ready for marking?

This is not the same request as http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-7133, http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-6533, or http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-648, as we are specifically interested in quizes requiring manual marking alerting teachers when attempts have been made and are ready to mark. Given the new quiz engine in 2.1 (yay! Thank you!), this feature is intended for 2.1 onwards.
