In moodle 2.2, the emailed backup report tries to send the admin to the former location of the report/index.php file

      I believe that the path for automatic backups with Moodle 2.2 not point to the proper location

      For example, upon execution, the summary report looks like it always did:

      Summary
      ==================================================
      Courses: 130
      OK: 113
      Skipped: 9
      Error: 0
      Unfinished: 8

      Some of your courses weren't saved!!

      Please take a look at your backup logs in:
      http://mywebsite.com/admin/report/backups/index.php

      This results in an error

      ===========

      I believe the correct path should be http://mywebsite.com/report/backups/index.php
